Job Summary:

We are hiring Enterprise Senior Sales Executives in India to focus on appointment setting for the USA market. You will be responsible for outreach, lead qualification, and booking meetings with decision-makers. You will work closely with the USA-based Sales Team, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Appointment Setting – Book high-quality meetings with CXOs, Founders, and Decision-Makers in funded startups, SMBs, and enterprises.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach – Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Seamless.ai for prospecting.
  • CRM Management – Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and appointment bookings in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building – Engage with prospects to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaboration with the USA Sales and Presales Team – Align appointment setting efforts with sales priorities and target accounts.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and appointments scheduled in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
What We're Looking For:
  • Four or more years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings in the USA market.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written) in English.
  • Experience in selling AI, Data, Cloud, or IT services (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with sales outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Seamless.ai.
  • Ability to handle objections, qualify leads, and build relationship.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote setting.
