Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time role for a Business Solutions Analyst. The Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, providing provides business analysis support and guidance to the Business Partners in response to client needs and requests and works closely with the Development Team to implement systems using AGILE and the Scrum Framework methodology.

Qualifications:

• Gathering and capturing business requirements and functional specifications across clients.
• Translate business requirements into technical terms and drive team effort to design, build and manage technology solutions that solve business problems.
• Partner with Project lead/ Program lead in delivering projects and assist in project management responsibility like - project plans, people management, staffing and risk mitigation.
• Lead the project deliverables such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, solution mockup, prototypes, and technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans, operations strategy and planning, etc.
• Collaborate with other team members across the globe and ensure seamless communication and sharing/ undertaking tasks.
• Lead and participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules when necessary.
• Should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems architecture.
• Partner with QA teams for unit and integration testing of the deliverables. Create test cases and work a gate keeper for product delivery to client. Ensure high quality of deliverables.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Domain/Functional knowledge - Banking, Financial Services, Payments, Retail, Government etc.
• Proven record of solutioning enterprise level products and its deployments.
• Experience with Enterprise level Data and Digital Solutions would be beneficial for this role.
