Technical Scrum Master

Experience: 5 - 7 years (relevant - 3+ years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, schedules, resources, and budget allocations.
• Coordinate and lead internal teams across functional groups within the company and clients.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Effective Sprint Planning, User Stories skills, and experience leveraging Agile/Scrum/Kanban tools to manage projects effectively.
• Certification in Agile/Scrum/Kanban is a must and have a good understanding of the Software Development lifecycle and methodologies of Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while assessing the impact on project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study Experience with enterprise-level Data and Digital Solutions would be beneficial for this role.
