The Navajo Nation Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services (DBMHS) serves as the regional behavioral health authority for the Navajo Nation. Currently seeking a Consultant, DBMHS aims to enhance its workflow analysis and tracking capabilities across various domains. Intellectyx collaborates with Navajo Nation DBMHS to design, develop, and implement database applications using FileMaker Pro software. These applications facilitate Human Resources Information Management System analysis, assets and inventory management for the Property and Information Technology (IT) Section, and expenditure tracking for Finance. The ongoing project focuses on delivering comprehensive features and functionalities within the desired modules to address program needs. Our work includes developing FileMaker Pro applications for workflow analysis in Human Resources, managing DBMHS assets and inventory, and tracking expenditures for Finance business units. We prioritize creating user-friendly dashboards displaying data analysis for Human Resources, asset and inventory listings, and essential information related to requisition orders, purchase orders, payments, expenditures, and vendor details.
