Coconino County, Arizona, as part of its Equitable Economic Recovery Plan, sought to develop an Economic Indicator Dashboard to track and visualize economic conditions throughout the county. Challenges
Coconino County needed a qualified partner to develop and integrate an Economic Indicator Dashboard into their existing website to support their Equitable Economic Recovery Plan. The goal was to automatically scrape data from various sources at regular intervals, centralize it, and feed the dashboard with real-time insights.

Key Features of the Solution:
- Economic Metrics Dashboard: The dashboard included 10 key metrics such as poverty levels, median income, rent-burdened households, new business applications, and more. The dashboard was embedded in the county's CivicPlus website for public access.
- Automated Data Collection: Data extraction from open data portals was automated using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to ensure regular updates. The data was then stored in a centralized PostgreSQL database for further analysis.
- Centralized Data Repository: All scraped and collected data was stored in a centralized repository, making it easily accessible for reporting and analysis.
- Public-Facing Visualization: The dashboard was developed with Power BI and embedded on the website, providing public users with a clear and accessible overview of the economic metrics that impact Coconino County residents.
- ADA Compliance: The dashboard was made ADA-compliant, ensuring accessibility for all users, regardless of ability.
