Solution
Intellectyx partnered with the Navajo Nation DBMHS to design, develop, and implement a set of database applications using FileMaker Pro to meet their specific requirements.
Key Features of the Solution:
- Database Applications for Core Functions: Developed database applications to analyze and track workflows for Human Resources, manage assets and inventory, and track expenditures for each business unit under Finance. The solution was built using FileMaker Pro to ensure a robust and user-friendly experience.
- Dashboards for Data Analysis: Developed dashboards to provide insights into Human Resources data, assets, inventory listings, and financial data. The dashboards also allowed users to track requisition orders, purchase orders, payments, expenditures, and vendor information.
- User-Friendly and Multi-User Access: The solution included multi-user access with unique login credentials, allowing different DBMHS users to securely access and update the data as required.
Results
Collaborating with Kent County IT, Intellectyx developed three visually engaging and ADA-compliant dashboards using Power BI. The project ensured mobile responsiveness, scalability, and usability on major browsers, promoting widespread accessibility.
- Real-Time Monitoring: The dashboards provided real-time insights into crime trends, jail population, and dispatch performance, helping the KCSO monitor changes over time.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: The Sheriff's Department staff were able to easily generate and download ad-hoc reports, allowing for flexible analysis of public safety metrics.
- Enhanced Decision-Making: The dashboards promoted a continuous feedback loop, providing important information that supported informed decision-making.
