Job description :
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams, overseeing solution design and development, and managing technical aspects of client projects. The Technical Lead will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and clients to ensure solutions are delivered on-time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Desired profile:
- Expertise in software engineering principles, design. and architecture techniques.
- Proficiency in at least Python, React, Redux programming language and and 100% experience needed on both frontend and backend.
- Experience with design and architecture and scaling of Postgres, MongoDB databases.
- Strong experience in designing RESTful APIs using programming frameworks such as Python Django.
- Understanding of SaaS concepts such as control-plane, runtime, and data-plane, and how they apply to the design and implementation of a SaaS application.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Cloud Deployment and scalability is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Enterprise level Data and Digital Solutions would be beneficial for this role.
Technology Areas of Expertise:
- 3+ yrs of experience in React.js with Redux.
- 3+ yrs of experience in Python, Django.
- Involving 70% into Software development activities and 30% in leading the team.
