The South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services oversees the community supervision of around 24,000 offenders on probation or parole. To enhance employee access to information securely, the department sought an interactive wellness and outreach program site using SharePoint Online. The Intellectyx project team engaged in interviews and workshops with department staff to identify requirements and address existing challenges. Based on these insights, an interactive Health and Wellness site was crafted using SharePoint/O365, designed for scalability and ease of internal content addition. The site serves as a centralized hub for employees to manage health and wellness program information. Featuring an interactive homepage, newsletters, articles, referrals, surveys, quizzes, a BMI calculator, and a Wellness calendar, the site ensures comprehensive employee engagement. User acceptance testing with department employees confirmed that the portal effectively met their requirements and expectations.
